The project is located in the southeast of Chuzhou New City, west of Chuzhou Avenue, 2.5 kilometers away from Chuzhou South Entrance and Exit of Chuyang Expressway, 3 kilometers away from Chuzhou High-speed Railway Station, and 7 kilometers away from the municipal government. 800 meters to the north of the plot is the Minghu Ecological Scenic Area, with wide surrounding views and abundant natural landscape resources such as vegetation and water bodies. The project combines topography and urban design to create a noble ecological residential area in a pastoral style.

　　 This project plans 24 high-rise residential buildings of 18-20 stories, 5 13-story residential buildings, 5 three-story residential buildings, 3 commercial buildings and 1 supporting building. The building height rises gradually from south to north. Most of the residential buildings are roads along the lake, with good landscape and sunshine conditions.

　　The facades and spatial scales of low-rise residential and commercial blocks reflect the characteristics of local traditional architecture. The overall tone of the white wall, combined with modern minimalist techniques and building materials, forms the architectural style of the new eastern Anhui. The refined elements of East Anhui architectural style are applied to the facades of high-rise residential buildings, so that the overall image of the community is better integrated with the local culture and surrounding environment on the large scale of the main road interface and the city skyline.
