On August 15, 2019, Fu Xiaopeng, Director of the Investment Department of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and Yi Fei, a cadre of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission’s Key Project Office, and other research teams visited the construction project of Xiangdong District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Pingxiang City. Municipal Development and Reform Commission Party Secretary and Director Li Chunyuan, Municipal Development and Reform Commission Investment Section Chief Peng Hui, District Party Secretary Yang Bo, and Deputy Secretary Li Zheng accompanied the investigation.

　　 At the project site, Fu Xiaopeng had a detailed understanding of the project's construction status, existing problems, and construction plans. He pointed out that the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital project is an important symbol of the people's livelihood project in Eastern Hunan. The preliminary work of the project should be carried out in detail, and the project should be further proactively connected, strengthened to fight for projects, promote investment by projects, promote development by projects, and accelerate construction.

　　At present, the TCM Hospital project has completed the infrastructure construction of the office and living area; the erection of the infection building, the psychiatric hospital building's pile foundation and the production shed; the 3# tower crane installation and acceptance work. The next step is to improve the basic construction of the living area; carry out the main structural engineering of the infection building and the mental hospital building and the construction of the basement foundation pit support.
